The basic Purpose of Yi Jin Jing and Qi Gong
To turn flaccid and frail sinews and tendons into strong and sturdy ones. The movements of Yi Jin Jing are both vigorous and gentle, whereby Qi Gong less intense.
Their performance calls for a unity of will and strength, i.e. using one's will to direct the exertion of muscular strength. Yi Jin Jing is coordinated with breathing, Qi Gong is guided.
Better muscles and tendons means better health and shape, more resistance, flexibility and endurance.
They are obtained as follows:
Postures influence the static and nervous structure of the body,.
Stretching muscles and sinews affecting Organs, Joints, Meridians and Qi.
Torsion affects metabolism and Jing production.
Breathing produces more and better refined Qi.
Active working gives back balance and strength to body, mind, brain, nervous system and spirit.
Power and endurance are of paramount importance if we look at becoming qualified in whatever practice we choose, be it Tui na, Martial Arts, or simply better health and wisdom.
The Basic Purpose of Kung Fu
Kung, or Gong covering the group of abilities, and the meaning of Fu is the truth.
So while you practicing and learning different Section and follow-along training sessions, for example Wu Bu Quan, Ba Ji Quan, Ji Ben Gong. Basic stances and old school, traditional strength training elements.
The Basic Purpose of Meditation
Deepening Concentration and Awareness of Breathing .
Consciousness of Physical Sensations and Inner Feelings without the weight of attachments.

For Adults

Yi Jin Jing early morning, morning and evening classes are 60 minute practice including the classic muscle and tendon changing. Breathing and strengthening ABS exercises can be shaped for your personal needs.
Qi Gong midday classes are 30 minute practice which helps to ease the aches and keeps the breathing regular.
These slow movements with breathing guides are mostly suited for the elder and infirm generation.
Ba Dua Jin consists of 8 Brocades and other Animal Qi Gongs/Forms.
Regeneration for both Physical and Mental Wellbeing.
Kung Fu Saturday afternoon classes are 60 minute practice including Form practice, Strength exercise, Stretching, Stances, Ji Ben Gongs.
For Children, Teens
Yi Jin Jing and Kung Fu after School classes are 45 minute physical exercise for Children aged 6 -12 and Teens aged 13 and up.
This practice will put down strong basics for both Physical, Mental and Social Wellbeing
for young people.
Classes include all elements from Adult classes, but more designed for the younger generation.
For All Ages
Meditation afternoon classes are 45 minutes practice to keep and achieve a calm, gentle state of mind. We offer a variety of breathing and relaxation techniques to cultivate an open peaceful mind, to release from the worries of everyday life.
Personal Classes - All Ages
Daytime sessions available in a 30 or 60 minute class.
