 'Yi Jin Jing' - Muscle and Tendon changing classic.
 Early morning, mid-morning and evening classes are 60 minutes.
 Physical exercise classes for all Age groups, Genders  and Physiques.
 In Chinese YI means "change", JIN means "tendons and sinews", while JING means "methods".
 An exercise which utilizes the shoulders, arms, hips, legs and the whole body.
 An Ancient technique which brings your body and mind into balance.
 If you familiar with Tai chi or Kung fu this class will quickly become your favourite

 'Qigong' - Ba Dua Jin / 8 Brocades + Wu Qin Xi animal style
 Midday and afternoon classes are 30 minutes.
 These slow movements with breathing guides are suited for someone who's just getting back, or trying for the first   time to exercise and wants to start gently.
 An Ancient exercise which if practiced routinely will improve your health significantly
 Benefits include Improved Energy, Vitality, Bone Density, Flexibility, Balance, Coordination and longevity.

 All ages and abilities can enjoy the benefits and join in   anytime. These techniques are a boost for Body Mind & Soul.   Not a specialised sport activity although the Yi Jin Jing is a   key element of the practice of the Shaolin Kung Fu.
 Our classes are easy to join in and our qualified and helpful   instructor will make you feel safe and comfortable.
 You have no need for extra equipment, just you in your   comfortable clothing with some flat shoes and a wee bottle   of water.
