 In Chinese YI means "change", JIN means "tendons   and sinews", while JING means "methods".
 An exercise which utilizes the shoulders, arms, hips,   legs and the whole body.
 An Ancient technique which brings your body and   mind into balance.

 Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Yi Jin Jing, Qi Gong - sounds familiar?   Practise with us 'Yi Jin Jing' This technique, which dates back   1500 years when Bodhidharma, Tamo, a Buddhist monk after 9 years meditation   left this unique 12 step exercise for us. 
 All ages and abilities can enjoy the benefits and join in   anytime. These techniques are a boost for Body Mind & Soul.   Not a specialised sport activity although the Yi Jin Jing is a   key element of the practice of the Shaolin Kung Fu.
 Our classes are easy to join in and our qualified and helpful   instructor will make you feel safe and comfortable.
 You have no need for extra equipment, just you in your   comfortable clothing with some flat shoes and a wee bottle of   water.
